We process all our own Beef, Pork, Lamb, Veal, and Chicken. We break down the cattle on our own, and age our steaks for at least 28 days. Since we do all the work and only carry PRIME BEEF, we are able to have the best quality meats without the customer paying outrageous prices. We offer fresh produce delivered daily as well as a variety of homemade frozen entrees. I was in this store two times buying ribeye stacks. I asked them if beef was grass fed. The answer was yes. It took my attention that meat already was precut and had bright color. It means that store uses chemicals to keep meat looking fresh. I just wonder why they doing this. I try to eat very healthy and think that if store charge ribeye $27 per pound the quality meat should be appropriate, without any chemicals. And of course, stack should be cut in front of me and not precut.
Jack and Kyle are the best. The only place that I get my meats from.
Great local meat shop!
Already reviewed this place but felt compelled to review again. Every steak from Ribeye to Strip to Filet are simply amazing. I've been going there for several years and I've never had a bad steak! Everybody in Glenview should stop by!
