Lived here almost a year. Never once was a gated community. This months rent (my 11th month) has two violation of lease fees on it. Don’t know what for. One being from today. Never got formal warnings or notices on anything. So won’t be paying these fees until I get a very detailed explanation. For two, you hear neighbors music, fighting, and the smell of weed outside your back door at all hours of the night past midnight. Walls are very thing. RecommendedThe Reagan Crossing is a very nice, clean and well maintained complex. It has a wonderful gym and pool area. The staff has been very helpful, any problem that I have had they solved it quickly, I would certainly recommend this location as a great place to live.
Living at Reagan Crossing is wonderful. The atmosphere is nice and friendly. Great green spaces, love the dog park, and the management is fantastic. Everything is always superbly clean! Couldn’t have picked a better place to live. The apartments are well laid out, with plenty of space and storage.
Kinda disappointed that after I moved in to my 2 bedroom 2 full bath apartment for $1,090 they are now renting out the same size apartments for less then $900. Cool...
if you're looking for a nice apartment. Reagan crossing is it. the office people especially Miss Tyra are fantastic and go above and beyond to help you out. if you ha e a maintenance issue, the maintenance guys are out right away and are awesome too. this is how an apartment complex should be run. these guys (ladies) are just great. I love living here
Do not rent or lease here. This is an unsafe environment. Cops are in this neighborhood all hours of the night. Management has swapped several times and no one cares. Not a gated community, anyone can come in or out. Again- do not lease here.
Awful just awful. New ownership is not any better
We love the Gated Community. Can’t wait until it’s implemented full time.
