My company has been renting space here for about 9 months. The building is not well-managed. The warehouse bathrooms are disgusting, often with empty soap and paper dispensers. There is no organized parking system for renters, who must navigate and park among moving trucks, large party vans, big rigs, and several dumpsters. The driving entrance for loading is half blocked by remnants of an old oil pump jack in a shared lot with the neighboring air conditioning company.
