This room 116 on level 11 has many defects. Toilet is smelly. Car parking is confusing. Do not rent or hire this apartment.
These people are scammers and the apartment is dirty. They obviously don’t use the money to upkeep the apartment. Carpets are stained, apartment is dusty, cutlery is dirty. They withdrew, without my knowledge, $110, without discussing prices, from my account without providing evidence of a cot that was apparently broken - even though my child slept in it fine the whole time we were there. I paid almost $400 for a 1-night stay in room 111. The room was appalling. Dust everywhere, mould in the bathroom which you can smell upon opening the entrance door, smelly shower mat, dirty utensils and cutlery. Even the dish rack was filthy. No coffee...WHAT!! I don't think the windows have ever been cleaned. The location is awkward and difficult to navigate. Couldn't possibly recommend this so-called accommodation. Some owners care about their guests, some don't. Lift your game!
Room 111 Does not even deserve a 1 star it is appalling. Family of 5 staying there they took our money refused to provide the service of cleanliness or utensils. We tried numerous amounts of times to contact them they refuse, sending photos off their website to us or placing blame on cleaners. They either just made excuses or would not come out to accomodate.
