7/22/26 update to my previous review - this company is still not worth it. I reported a problem with a cooler and was told it would be a week before the unit could be replaced. I indicated that was not acceptable for the office to be without water for that period of time and I was advised by Nette that our unit would be replaced on 7/20/26. Our unit is still not working and you have not been out to replace it. I have called and was left on hold for over 37 minutes. If I could give 0 stars I would. They are the worst company we have ever dealt with. Horrible customer service because no one has any info on their computer. They have messed up our delivery now 5x this year. This last time was told delivery would be a week late then called bc they missed the delivery and they said it would be the next Monday now. They continue miss delivery dates , leave the wrong number of bottles. Gave us fish tank smelling water a few times and bottles that have been cracked and leaking. Looking for a di... read more
Have been waiting all day for the delivery of our unit. I took the day off from work. 5:30pm. Still nothing Attempted to reach someone through the chat feature. Nothing but a bot message saying it was disconnected. Couldn't even get a phone number for customer service through the app. It's like they don't want to even deal with customers Avoid this company at all costs L
