Our deliveries continue to be a problem. We have asked multiple times to drop items from our order and they still deliver and charge us. Something is wrong.
Recently applied for this company and received notice that "I withdrew my application" No I Didn't LOL. But after multiple attempts of speaking with someone every attempt FAILED! You can't speak to anyone, everything is automated and you wait on hold forever. I couldn't imagine being a customer of this company and certainly now don't want to be an employee of a company that will not offer communication! WoW what a disappointment
Truly the worst company I have done business with in a LONG time. I mean, this is just freaking water delivery. Can it be that hard? I've only gotten one order delivered. it was delayed multiple times, and I was notified via text. Then came my next scheduled delivery. It was also delayed multiple days, and then was marked as delivered, even though no water was left on my porch. To add insult to injury, I saw the driver go by my condo but he didn't stop. Ready Refresh is not a luxury but a necessity. Making sure we have water on hand has made a world of difference for us. I do not have to go chase down water at the stores, nor worry about water scarce. It shows up on the day I request at my front door. No more carrying heavy cases of water.
