If I could give 0 stars I would. They are the worst company we have ever dealt with. Horrible customer service because no one has any info on their computer. They have messed up our delivery now 5x this year. This last time was told delivery would be a week late then called bc they missed the delivery and they said it would be the next Monday now. Have been waiting all day for the delivery of our unit. I took the day off from work. 5:30pm. Still nothing Attempted to reach someone through the chat feature. Nothing but a bot message saying it was disconnected. Couldn't even get a phone number for customer service through the app. It's like they don't want to even deal with customers Avoid this company at all costs L
