You guys tried billing me when I kept asking you to cancel. I never received any water that wasn’t paid for and had to ultimately close my bank account because YOU wouldn’t stop billing me. Now I have a collections charge??? You guys are mental.
Delivery is always lacking and missing. Dates picked randomly disappear. Try to call customer service and never get through to anyone. You will sit in hold forever before just giving up. Their system will call you back when an agent is available just to keep you on hold forever anyway and never talk to someone. This company is trash.
Takes over a hour of being on hold to speak with someone, and the calls are outsourced to a different country where you can’t understand what the representative is saying.
Ordered 15 zephyrhills 5 gallon bottles for residential delivery. First delivery was terrible. Did not deliver what was ordered. Only 10 bottles. Also left the order in the driveway after explicit delivery location given. I even tipped the driver on the invoice. Gave 2 stars for the attempt. Customer service is non existent. Limited to a 30 or so minute wait on hold or a chat bot with limited replies and help. will discontinue the delivery service and continue to go to publix.
