My experience with ReadyRefresh started off promising, thanks to their well-trained customer retention team. After working with them to correct my account balance, they waived past-due fees and helped me get my family water and my balance to zero. However, less than 10 days later, I was hit with another $20 penalty because their "assistance" landed a day after their arbitrary cutoff. Terrible customer service if you could ever get somebody on the phone same goes for delivery if they can keep the truck together long enough to deliver
Like every other review, do not use this company. The water taste disgusting! I did speak with a nice lady whom refunded me back my money and sent out another batch of waters, and unfortunately they tasted just as bad. Called to cancel my account and a month later I'm being charged again. Do NOT use this service.
The worse experience, DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS INCOMPETENT PEOPLE . No water delivery ever when they say , the drivers are clueless of what is going on. Nobody knows anything.
Kept charging us for water after we canceled and moved out of that apartment. Sketchy company
