Takes over a hour of being on hold to speak with someone, and the calls are outsourced to a different country where you can’t understand what the representative is saying.
Ordered 15 zephyrhills 5 gallon bottles for residential delivery. First delivery was terrible. Did not deliver what was ordered. Only 10 bottles. Also left the order in the driveway after explicit delivery location given. I even tipped the driver on the invoice. Gave 2 stars for the attempt. Customer service is non existent. Limited to a 30 or so minute wait on hold or a chat bot with limited replies and help. will discontinue the delivery service and continue to go to publix.
Wow........ Impossible to reach someone.. Horrible customer service. I have an account, I am not being serviced and cannot reach ANYONE.... Time to find a new vendor..
