We’ve been customers of this water company for 5 years, and our experience has been incredibly disappointing. Deliveries were consistently late or unreliable, and the water machine we rented never worked properly. After years of dealing with ongoing issues, we finally decided to cancel—only to be hit with a $50 pickup fee for equipment that never functioned as promised. Great company to get water from.
As others have stated when canceling your account they make you jump through hoops. Then the cancelation gets sent to collections you call the reps seem lost. Transfer you to another number they cant find you in the system either. So you lock me out of online portal remove my ability to pay but then demand that i pay you. How about you just restrict the account to future deliveries etc. Locking the account only stops you from feeding you.
You guys tried billing me when I kept asking you to cancel. I never received any water that wasn’t paid for and had to ultimately close my bank account because YOU wouldn’t stop billing me. Now I have a collections charge??? You guys are mental.
Delivery is always lacking and missing. Dates picked randomly disappear. Try to call customer service and never get through to anyone. You will sit in hold forever before just giving up. Their system will call you back when an agent is available just to keep you on hold forever anyway and never talk to someone. This company is trash.
