Excellent service, all delivery drivers are friendly and courteous, highly recommend to anyone!!
Referred by my son about their excellent service. First delivery date 03/28/2025 then they sent text for rescheduled on 03/31/2025. Never came to deliver. After 45 minutes on hold they want to reschedule delivery for 04/02/2025 I just cancelled the service, I rather go the store than deal with the stress of an irresponsible company. Don't do it.
Worst customer service ! I requested earlier bottle delivery and customer care accepted & scheduled a date and today is the date & now customer service say system not updated to rescheduled dates and won’t be delivered when I was making sure its getting delivered. I won’t be in town and making sure my family gets the bottles in time. Very bad service! This is not expected nor excused.
Obernight parking allowed...free coffee n bottled water...loading is fast...i like this place...a good water hole while waiting or loading...
Keith is an excellent deliver guy, very respectful and helpful. Took the time out to help me set up my new bottom load cooler and explained every detail I would need to change the water out when it's time to be change out.
