We recently moved locations. When we were in Haverhill, the service was fantastic. Deliveries were on time and the driver for the route was proactive in skipping shipments when we had too much water on hand. Fast forward to our move to Andover and the service has been abysmal, orders keep getting cancelled for no reason without notification. I get texts that "ready refresh is on the way", only to have them never show up. Then I go to the website to see that the order that I was expecting is now scheduled for a month later.... read more
