Buyer Beware!!!! Terrible support experience. Downright rude chat agents. Hidden charges. Cooler rent, cooler ‘reconditioning fee’ Multiple deliveries showed up in my queue that weren’t there when previously checked. One time water just showed up with no warning and I was charged. Nothing but a non-stop headache. I suggest finding a different water solution

Dave is very communicative and helpful. Brings our delivery in and stacks perfectly. Always trying to make sure we are fully stocked and ready for our week! Best customer service around!!!
This is the worst company I have ever dealt with in 25 years of business. Their customer service is horrible and they do not care about cancelling on you 3-4, 5 times. The never keep their schedule. I have cancelled my account, sold my business and moved out of my office and the won’t pick up the equipment they said they are having problems picking it up and just keep saying they will come, but they don’t. Do not use READYREFRESH go somewhere else.
