Of the companies I have dealt with over my lifetime (I am 85 years of age), I have never seen one as dysfunctional as this one, which I have been dealing with for many years. Deliveries are promised but are not on time, not in the amount ordered and promised, not the correct item, or inconveniently early without notice.
