Our NEW delivery driver is Jaime, and the customer service has gone 10 nothces up!! :) The last driver we had was very rude and did not communicated well with us, but Mr. Jaime is exceptional and an asset to your company. Outgoing personality and very friendly/ knowledgable!! Very happy customer!!!
Of the companies I have dealt with over my lifetime (I am 85 years of age), I have never seen one as dysfunctional as this one, which I have been dealing with for many years. Deliveries are promised but are not on time, not in the amount ordered and promised, not the correct item, or inconveniently early without notice. If you phone the company, you can expect to be on hold for 20 minutes or longer.
