My spouse had a fairly serious bike fall on the road at 20mph over the weekend (think blood dripping down the legs, arms, etc.), and we went to 2 urgent cares in Natick, both with projected wait times of +1hr. Brought my 9 month old in for an ear infection because our usual urgent care was closed on Sunday nights. When I checked in the wait time said 15 minutes. We ended up being there over an hour and a half- they took patients who checked in after us, to be seen before us. Once we were finally brought back a nurse took his vitals- then I was told the pediatrician would be in. I waited 30+ minutes without being seen. I came here after being declined to be seen in Dr. Briasco's office for being late due to getting stuck in their elevator. I was quite distressed due to that and the pain I was originally feeling. In this Readymed office, that seems to be new, everyone was kind and empathetic. Teresa was GREAT and I cannot say better things about Dr. Pzu. They listened, were caring, thorough, and assertive in thei2r treatment. I thank God for the chance to go there and allowing me to meet these fantastic health professionals.
just left the natick location and they rudely kept leaving the door open while my mother wasn’t dressed until I asked them to keep it closed. The lady drawing her blood also kept pulling it out too soon allowing blood to spill on her clothing. Very uncomfortable and unsettling.
