We waited about 45 minutes to be seen before we were called up to register. She told my son they did not take his insurance so at this point I offered to pay out-of-pocket and she told me they do not accept cash. This facility refused my son care even when I offered to pay for it out-of-pocket. Maybe you should list that information on your door before people come in and sit down and wait while they’re sick. Last March 1 this Urgent care doctor, forgot his name (is actually Dr. Hoang Trinh), asian and thorough, saved my life. I got lung xrays proving my pneumonia got worst, got a positive Covid Test and most importantly, he sent me to the emergency room right away, where they found out I had pulmonary embolism in both lungs. I visited Auburn Ready Med on January 21, 2026, and unfortunately, my experience was quite negative. From the moment I arrived, the receptionist was unwelcoming and dismissive, insisting that I needed to go back to my previous place of treatment. The interaction escalated to the point where I had to calmly ask her not to yell at me.
