I came in on a Thursday after waiting around for 6+ hours at my local ER (I didn't get seen, I just left because I was EXHAUSTED). I had terrible pelvic pain and since I have an IUD for birth control, I was extremely worried it may have migrated. Wait time was as estimated on the check in kiosk. Today I went to ReadyMed, in Auburn, due to a blocked ear. The PSS who checked me in was awesome! NP Kristen and MA Natalie were TOP NOTCH!!! They were friendly, professional and really know their stuff. I was extremely pleased with my experience today!! My ear is as good as new, thanks to them!! Five stars with no hesitation!!
