I came in on a Thursday after waiting around for 6+ hours at my local ER (I didn't get seen, I just left because I was EXHAUSTED). I had terrible pelvic pain and since I have an IUD for birth control, I was extremely worried it may have migrated. Wait time was as estimated on the check in kiosk. Today I went to ReadyMed, in Auburn, due to a blocked ear. The PSS who checked me in was awesome! NP Kristen and MA Natalie were TOP NOTCH!!! They were friendly, professional and really know their stuff. I was extremely pleased with my experience today!! My ear is as good as new, thanks to them!! Five stars with no hesitation!!

Seen immediately on Saturday at 245. Nurse took my vitals and the NP Jennifer Markey..did an excellent job examinig my eye. She consulted with the on call ophthalmologist and advised me on the appropriate care. Also prescribed eye drops. I would rate service and care 5 stars. Thank you
