Two weeks ago I called this company and scheduled someone to come out and fix my septic system. I had gotten an estimate from them a couple of months ago. So here I am waiting today and nobody shows up. I called the company and they have absolutely no record of anyone being scheduled to come out today and they tell me that I threatened them because I said I was going to post bad reviews about them online. I cannot believe the way that this company is treating me. They are incompetent.
