Altaquip provided awesome service. Altaquip picked my Ego riding mower up from my home and transported it to their facility. They evaluated the issues with the mower and provided me a quick response as to how the issues would be resolved. I would highly recommend altaquip.
Amazing. Had to take my ryobi lawn mower for a repair/warranty fix. Alta represents Ryobi better than Ryobi does unfortunately. Great staff and service.
Dropped off ryobi lawn mower they acted like they don’t wanna work on it or try . If you have ryobi avoid this place at all costs. They don’t even try or even contact ryobi I hope these place goes down🤬
Had my POS Westinghouse generator for 3 months for repair. Got it back and it still didn’t run. Terrible customer service.
Extremely disappointed! Had mower in shop for a warranty issue. They were unable to diagnose the problem. They flat out refused to call manufacturer for guidance and parts. Terrible customer service!
