Adriana was a huge help from the call before drop off for warranty Ryobi service to the call before pickup and pickup itself. She made this stressful journey stressless. Thank you for having happy friendly and polite staff. Cant wait to test out my mower on the weekend.

Last week delivered my EGO blower to Altaquip for service/warranty repair! Was told they were would troubleshoot and check unit for repair! Turned out to be a defective switch! They readily had part, repaired and within a week later got a phone call to pick up! Blower switch was under warranty and readily received my deposit in return! Adriana was excellent in explaining every detail of the process and steps taken to service the blower! My experience and service was excellent! Kudos!

If I could give this business a negative rating, I would. My experience was extremely disappointing due to a lack of professionalism, particularly from the manager, Yaya. Her demeanor was dismissive and unhelpful, and she did not demonstrate the ability to handle customer concerns appropriately. Additionally, the company misrepresented their policies.
