How did you get them to answer their phone or call you back?
This company tried to charge my debit card, idk how they got my info. They definitely have a scammer working here
I've had three great experiences with this company thus far. I've taken my broken power tools, which were under warranty, to get evaluated. They were upfront with me. I'm taking my miter saw, which is under warranty, in for repair soon.
They were very professional and got my EGO mower fixed in a day. They need to work a little on their greetings.
I guess there’s a reason you read reviews…they don’t lie wish I didn’t waste my time here. Just make sure you read all the small print and don’t get scammed by this place. They are not up front.
