A rock fell from a Ready Mix USA dump truck in Panama City, Florida and caused a chip to my windshield. I’ve call several times, the number is always busy, and there’s no other method to contact the business. (By design I assume!) Unacceptable Customer Service! There should be a link on their website to file a claim with their insurance company to take care of such incidents that I’m sure occur frequently.
