Bought a car from them in March took it off the lot check engine light came on they sent it to balise Kia who had it for over two months when I got it back it had more issues so sent it back to balise Kia Got the extended warranty we were told everything would be covered. We have been car less for over three weeks now being told nothing is covered. When we were sold the car it had these issues and should be fixed and refusing to fix unless we pay for it. Also worst customer service never answers our phone calls
