Stopped in and they made hydraulics for us not even for a fork lift and they were very nice and super helpful and checked that they had the right part that we needed and took care of us quickly and smoothly.

I dont understand trying to purchase parts for my forklift from this company. I will call and select the "parts department". I'll tell them what I need and they say "We don't deal with Komatsu here, down in live oak they deal with them." I thought i was calling the parts department? I get transferred to whoever and i tell them i need parts for my komastu lift truck. Not many places you can go for service and really KNOW you're in good hands. But Reads hands down always has my best interest in mind. Whether they are doing service/repair work for me, or recommending new products for my business, they have proven themselves time and time again that I'm not just another "upsale" or "number". My growth as a business is their growth as a business. That means a lot to me and that's why I'll always go back!
