Living in one of the townhomes at Reading Commons ... Living in one of the townhomes at Reading Commons is a dream come true! Quiet, private, incredible spacious— it has it all. I love the garage parking spot and all of the storage within the townhome, and being able to have access to maintenance when needed is so helpful. A truly wonderful place to live.
Happy with my decision to rent I am very satisfied with my decision to rent an apartment at Reading Commons. The office staff and maintenance is helpful and attentive. The size of my apartment is perfect for me, and the location can’t be beat!

The location is excellent, the residents are friendly, and the rent is fair given the extreme market we are experiencing. That said, there are several small areas where improvements could be made: (1) The package notification system appears only to work if your package ends up in the Amazon locker. Love it here! I love how spacious my apartment is and how much natural light I get (the windows are so big!) I also love that the stoves are gas.

Verified Renter Personally I love living at Reading Commons. The management team is really nice and helpful. They will help anyway they can if u have an issue. The residents here are also wonderful. It’s awesome in the nice weather cause everyone is out all the kids play together. We look out for one another and the kids. If I c the kids playing outside I keep my window open so I can c & hear them, same goes with other parents. The pool is great, brings everyone together and u meet new people. Verified Renter My neighbors are the best. Everyone is so helpful. People help other people with cleaning off the snow on cars or even shoveling. Everyone always says hi have a good night etc.

Family-friendly apartment living We spent a year here and really enjoyed our stay. The apartment - a two bed/two bath - was spacious enough (large kitchen) and quiet. Maintenance staff were responsive throughout the time we were here. Mgmt team were top notch. Never dealt with anyone better. They were always quick to respond to any issues we had and very hands-on. We will miss being in such a great location.

Best apartment complex of my life Bozzuto is truly the best apartment complex company I have ever gotten to live with! My experience has been amazing— all of the small personal touches like tiny soap and ducks upon moving in, notes from maintenance when a job is complete, holiday fun, the app that rewards, the staff- everyone really works so hard and goes highly above and beyond anything I’ve ever experienced in an apartment complex!
