I see my resident experience as positive overall with exception of a few things that I would have Buzzo consider like updating the washer and dryer unit to a stack unit updating the refrigerator with adequate freezer space, and creating a system to have larger/heavier packages delivered.

Rent has increased drastically but doesn’t match t... Rent has increased drastically but doesn’t match to the multiple brand new apartment buildings getting built down the streets. The buildings are starting to lack infrastructure maintenance and the apartments need to get updated appliances. You would think being a long-time resident that you would get excellent service to your building concerns but they could care less.

We love living here! With more & more opening up n... We love living here! With more & more opening up nearby our community, this is becoming a more attractive place to live. It's exciting that more young people seem to be moving into the community recently, for a long time it felt like it was just my fiance and I. Living in one of the townhomes at Reading Commons ... Living in one of the townhomes at Reading Commons is a dream come true! Quiet, private, incredible spacious— it has it all. I love the garage parking spot and all of the storage within the townhome, and being able to have access to maintenance when needed is so helpful. A truly wonderful place to live.
Happy with my decision to rent I am very satisfied with my decision to rent an apartment at Reading Commons. The office staff and maintenance is helpful and attentive. The size of my apartment is perfect for me, and the location can’t be beat!

The location is excellent, the residents are friendly, and the rent is fair given the extreme market we are experiencing. That said, there are several small areas where improvements could be made: (1) The package notification system appears only to work if your package ends up in the Amazon locker.
