I had an amazing session with Tyler yesterday! I'm relatively fit and am in the gym Mon-Fri. I had been dealing with some increased lower back pain for over a month that was making it difficult to get out of bed or play with my kids. I was at a loss about how to relieve it. I went to Tyler with severe neck and arm pain. After some dry needling and deep tissue pressure 😱 followed by heat, tens treatment, and compression boots, I feel like a new woman today. I'm able to work my arm without as much pain, still have mild pain in my neck, but after another treatment next week, I hope to be almost pain free. Thank you Tyler!!!
After 3 treatments, my hip pain is gone. Dr.Tyler Allen treatments targeted the area, and he gave me exercises for home. I feel so much better. I highly recommend him!
