We had a small house fire early this year that caused minimal physical damage, but resulted in smoke damage through our entire house. It was an extremely stressful ordeal, but Reactic Restoration exceeded my expectations. Idan was a fantastic project manager. He was empathetic, responsive, and very experienced. We had a very good experience working with Reactic and appreciated the excellent customer service. Idan responded promptly, communicated well and kept me updated throughout the multi-week process, which I especially appreciated since I was out of town. The team did a great job and cleaned up afterwards. I would use Reactic again should a need arise.
Had water damage in our condo Saturday night I called Reactic and had a supervisor within an hour. He was able to assist the damage and 30 minutes later his crew arrived and started with clearing the affected area clearing the water and setting up drying equipment. We had a leak in our crawlspace a few days before Thanksgiving. Reactic Restoration took care of it carefully, efficiently, and economically. The service and quality of work were better than any company who’s done work on our home, and there have been many since we moved in almost 20 years ago.
