Very disappointing experience dealing with Reactic Restoration on my house in Dallas. Sent them a protocol to be completed by a licensed Mold Inspection company in DFW, and the project manager for Reactic repeatedly tried to add things to the protocol to significantly increase the price they originally quoted me & go through insurance. (Also to avoid having to pay for a second clearance inspection, after they failed the first one).
