My son has been coming here for almost 2 months, and his therapists, Bri & Selena, are the best! He has made such an amazing improvement in such a short time! The receptionists are also very friendly and always happy to help with any questions. 🥰
The staff here act as though they are incompetent. My daughter and I arrive for speech the front desk lady is busy talking on the phone so we proceed to check in and have a sit. She’s gets off the phone and proceeds to converse with her coworkers about lunch and food instead of assisting us in the lobby. 10 mins go by almost 5 mins past my daughter start time of 11am and they’re sitting up having a full blown convo.
