The staff here act as though they are incompetent. My daughter and I arrive for speech the front desk lady is busy talking on the phone so we proceed to check in and have a sit. She’s gets off the phone and proceeds to converse with her coworkers about lunch and food instead of assisting us in the lobby. 10 mins go by almost 5 mins past my daughter start time of 11am and they’re sitting up having a full blown convo.
