The worst place I've ever been. Was there for treatment for 2 months, was assaulted, fought back and bc the other girl was there longer than I was I got kicked off thier program and told where I could and couldn't go to get treatment. 1 outta 10 I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! THIS PLACE CARES ABOUT MONEY AND MONEY ONLY!!!! THE STAFF COULD CARELESS IF UR RECOVERING OR NOT, THEY DONT GIVE A SHIT ABOUT UR RECOVERY AS LONG AS THEIR PAYCHECKS R SIGNED..

I've been at IBR Reach since 2018 and the staff cares about our well-being. Very clean, organized and safe. My counselor Mr. Linwood is awesome, he keeps up with my recovery and he cares. He makes certain that I'm doing what's expected of me to maintain my sobriety and my mental health. I totally got my life back and my family and I'm living a normal life. Recently my husband passed( dec2023) I have been awol from the program… but I am returning! The staff are very thorough and informative. My grief and the surrounding environment are triggers for my grief and anxiety. Reach …. I am returning. I’ve given myself time to mourn and time for others to of his passing
