i didn’t want to go to teen iop at first. the groups felt awkward and i didn’t think it would help. but after a while i realized i wasn’t alone. the staff were super supportive and actually cared. i’ve been in a few programs before and this is the one that actually helped me.

Sasha has been my therapist for almost a year now and she is the best! Deeply cares, very affirming and receptive of experiences I've held a lot of shame and fear around. Therapy with her has done WONDERS for my OCD. She's also been conscious and caring around my LGBTQ experiences. Thank you, Sasha!
