Could not recommend less. Horrible experience. Lack of transparency. Ignored direction & wishes for session and finally had vague communication with no appropriate policy or procedure breakdown, like requested. You’re better off, anywhere else.
I was nervous about enrolling my daughter in Reach Counseling’s teenage IOP program because the time commitment felt overwhelming, but it ended up being one of the best decisions we’ve ever made. I have had extreme issues from day one. Issues from the office, and confusion when I already paid. Then they forced me to attend a virtual session, and the "doctor" arrived a half an hour late. Then I was forced to sit and wait for a therapist, with no sort of timeline. I don't recommend this facility. They keep recommending someone else, or "I'll look into it," and my therapist has not looked into autism or ADHD or anything. I'm not a doctor. I should not be diagnosing myself. This facility failed me.

This place has amazing therapist that care about their clients. The staff from the receptionist to the clinicians are welcoming and provide a judgement free space.
