I am the custodial parent. RE Services will jerk you around. The will tell you one thing and do another. When we signed intake paperwork they made a really big deal about how body cams go everywhere on every visit off site and how the whole facility has cctv cameras. They sold me on an idea on impartial 3rd party that can be held accountable because everything is recorded. The will tell you the visiting parent stays in the building til you leave with your kids. New management has made a huge difference and it is so much more professional and inviting
I am the custodial parent, and bio dad is the individual who is court ordered to do visitations through a third party agency. There is also an order of protection in place. There is a lot of “miscommunications” with the agency and the agency violating their own policies. I was very lucky to connect with Michelle. Her staff and services are excellent... Thoughtful, professional and thorough. She is very responsive too, which is a big deal for me since I travel cross country for my visits. Always do your research when it comes to these particular facilities, as there are a bunch of, to put it nicely, unqualified and questionable “duds.” I would recommend (RE)services to all in need.
