Though we did not end up buying at this time, we will definitely be going back to Bill for future buying needs. He is very friendly and professional and does a wonderful job dumbing things down for those of us who are new to the house-buying business! He non-stop suggested new homes to us based on what he knew we were looking for and was very flexible with house viewing times. Overall, he is a wonderful man and I would absolutely recommend his services!
Bill was a huge help to me in the process of viewing and purchasing a home in Findlay, OH. Since I was coming in from out of town he worked around my schedule entirely even when it included viewing homes on Sunday afternoon and tracking through the snow. He was a huge help to me and I will work with him again in the future.

As a first time buyer, I was initially overwhelmed by the process from getting pre-approved for a loan to the day of closing. Bill went above and beyond to explain the process, what was going on, and what I needed to do by certain deadlines. He provided excellent suggestions for lenders, inspectors, and insurance agents. Bill was extremely attentive - responding to questions via email, text, and phone within minutes at just about all hours of the day! I STRONGLY recommend Bill Jones for all your real estate needs!
Bill Jones was a great realtor to work with! Very energetic and eager to help any way he could. Any question or request that we had he would always respond quickly! He did a great job on selling our home and I would highly recommend him :)
