Bryan was quick and responsive to any questions. Was able to show the house same week as i called to ask about it and worked around my schedule. Was able to close on house within a month a of looking. He had references for lenders that worked great for me. Highly recommend bryan schube if your looking to buy a house.

Bryan was very helpful and hands-on from the beginning to the end of my home buying experience. He is very knowledgeable of the surrounding area and if he does not know an answer, his response time with an appropriate answer is quick and informative. Mike did a great job for us, getting us a good offer that we accepted in little over a month's time. We tried selling our house with another realtor a couple years ago and got very little interest and no offers. Whenever I wanted to see a house Bryan was there to make it happen! He was very helpful and patient. I started looking at houses with Bryan Shube in March or April and found the house I wanted at the end of August and purchased it in October. Bryan guided me through the entire process.

Bryan did a fabulous job and was friendly and helpful throughout the whole process. He responded quickly to questions and gave answers or got them and back to me promptly. Mike was very patient with me while we were cleaning out and selling my Mom’s house. He checked in with me frequently to keep moving forward towards the goal. He answered every question promptly. He helped solve any problems that came up quickly. Letting me know what all the options were and asked how I’d like to handle it. Very enjoyable to work with!
