I found a listing in Fallbrook and unfortunately Lee Sang Nam is the listing agent. I contacted him via remax web site and receive a confirmation that he has in fact received my inquiry. 1 week later and no reply. I feel bad for the seller and I see why the property has not sold in in over 18 months on the market. I would avoid Lee Sang Nam and this Remax office. -- As you can see by their reply, that they need serious therapy. The status was active that is why I inquired.
