Ann was great. She provided wonderful advise, walked me though each step of the sale and her advise proved to be right on target with the market. She is extremely helpful and keeps you informed throughout the whole process. No one knows the market better than Ann! She wanted to list our house for a higher price that either my husband or I thought it would sell for, and we agreed to test the market by listing our house at that price. Are we glad we did! Ann was wonderful when I was looking to rent a place. I've had some issues with keys to the mailbox and common area of my place and she has been very thorough, she follows up, and has a strategy for everything she does. I love that fact she is not only a kind and sincere person, but extremely responsive.
