My father needed help selling his house in Ohio and being his son and his POA living in Florida, we contacted Greg from Florida. Greg went out of his way to assist us including taking care of a small repair needed. Greg was so pleasant to work with, he continually kept in touch and was readily available as needed. He sold the house in less than 1 week and at $2K below asking price. It was so easy and I couldn't recommend him any higher!
