Friendly staff. We have been renting for the past three years now. If any issues occur they are addressed immediately.
Have been a renter for several years. My opinion is is neither good nor bad but would say the process in which they receive payments could be improved. Repair times are often slow due to being third party communication and sometimes unavailable. I would say that although my rent has continued to increase annually, it’s not over priced for the size of the home.
