We worked with Ken Venkatesh from this realtor location. Ken has been an absolute pleasure to work with for the three years we were with him. We found him when we found a great home in the King Farm development. He was the property manager of our rental for the three years we were there. He was extremely responsive on all of our issues, especially when the issue was urgent. The complete lack of communication plus the incompetence of knowing what work should cost or the lack of caring is going to cost thousands of dollars extra on a simple paint and repair when I moved out of a home they were renting. The owners can’t get ahold of John, I can’t get him to send me what he said he would send over. On top of that he never took care of the work he said would get done when I moved in, I’m guessing I’m getting billed for that as well, even though it was a building flaw from the get go.
Great brokerage! Agents and owners truly care about their clients.
