Rented unit from them in Sunset Bay, had smell, was told they would handle, moved in still smell, after 15 emails and calls NOTHING Done, lots of promises. I then call Bobby manager at SPM, ask him to come over and smell place, he cusses me "To bad just live with it, move out if you want, this is all after several F-bombs" and he hung up. Just completed my first home purchase several months ago... Needless to say Lindsay Sanger was the representing agent and it has been a disaster. She allowed contractors into my house un supervised who stole possessions from the house and never performed roof repairs right before hurricane season no less. And the story goes beyond this. I currently have a complaint filed with the BBB and her company nor will she respond.
