Her agents are seasoned professionals who are experts in their markets and the property management team is simply unsurpassed, managing residential, commercial and association properties. This is truly your one-stop real estate shop in Brevard County, Florida.
Stay away!! This brokerage is full of lies and very sneaky. Especially Michele Corriveau. She listed a home that couldn’t be sold because it was in pre-foreclosure. She never disclosed this to us the buyer! She had us move into the home without ever telling us what was going on and told us we could move in and start making renovations asap because we would close in 2 weeks. Unprofessional and self serving. Avoid.
Dishonest and greedy. Worst agents I've ever dealt with in 30+ year of real estate. Serious ethical issues at this place. Putting greed and profit over their clients 'best interest' (per article 1 of their RE ethics code) ... I had to file an ethical complaint vs one of their agents and their manger did nothing to fix it only tried and skirt / deflect the problem. AVOID THIS AGENCY!
