As a first time buyer, I had more questions than answers on a variety of topics. I found Shanna to be extremely patient and courteous in helping me navigate the do's and don'ts of my purchase. Since Shanna works closely with Charlie (mortgage originator), the process from financing to purchase was thoughtful and efficient. I would certainly use Shanna again.
Shanna assisted us in locating and purchasing a home before we lived in the area. We were moving to the Des Moines area from the Quad Cities. In one Saturday trip to the area Shanna was able to show us the 4 town-homes we selected for viewing and get an offer made. The rest of the negotiations were made from a distance. Shanna's experience allowed this long distance purchase to be a success!
Shanna is eager to help in whatever way she can. She is very knowledgeable and professional. Would definitely recommend her to anyone in the home buying/selling process. She continually followed up with us to ensure we were getting the service we were needing and looking for. Also, she was not pushy, but friendly at all times. She was a great listener.

Shanna was very informative and always quickly available for showings. We were first time home buyers and she gave us great advice and taught us so much! I would highly recommend Shanna as a realtor. She was always very professional and responsive. My husband and I had many questions and Shanna was always helpful in answering them. As we went through the process of touring listings, she was an excellent listener as we explained which features were good fits and which ones were not and she adjusted the homes she recommended accordingly. Overall, our experience with Shanna was very positive.
