My realtor was amazing. The office not so much. Make sure you have a clear understanding of how long it will take your bank to clear the funds from the escrow account that remax boca issues to you. If you go to a closing and you are given a large check and deposit it your bank, even though their bank clears the check, your bank could put an extended hold on the check. I have been in the RE/MAX Family since 1998 and I can confidently say this brokerage is great. The agents, staff, owners, and affiliated companies go above and beyond. I would highly recommend you handle any real estate business with these wonderful people.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Worst experience of my life. Buying a 2nd home should be exciting but this one was not. realtor Eli Bodie has terrible communication, advises items from the house would be removed, and then we close with a leaking SINK. Eli was only looking out for the interest of her commission. They are soo many other realtors out there, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere!
