Can’t rate this agent (Dustin Hook) and agency (Chris Murphy) low enough. Working with this agent is an absolute nightmare from Day 2 on. Friendly and charismatic until agreement is signed and then 180. This agent is completely unprofessional, unreliable, and dishonest.
