Stay away from this agency. Unfortunately, I had a negative experience with this agency. They listed my property for sale in 2023. They did nothing to help. They have 6-months contracts. I renewed after they did not sell in 6 months. When I cancelled after a total of 8 months with no results, they charged me a $500 fee and would not release my property from the MLS listing unless I paid. Up to this point, they still did not provide a receipt on the $500.
