My experience with Cody began extremely well with his can-do attitude and promises to help us through our long-distance home sale. We vacated the home on July 2, closing on it at the end of August. Cody did a great job helping us sell our St Paul house! It sold fast, and we got more than our asking price! He was so great at what little fixes would make the most difference, and Cody helped us through every step of the selling process!
