Nicole Stone sold the property at 16547 Grays Bay blvd and the owner of the house talks to children online (I was that child). Ms. Stone made a comment saying some children look older after I told her about this. Her husband tried contacting me to intimidate me.
When I was 16, an almost 50 year old was talking to me online. Nicole sold his property. This man tried to keep me silent by trying to buy me. Nicole apologized but made the statement that some girls look older. Really? So it gives justification for a 50 year old to talk to a 16 year old? This has ruined my life.
Jacob Hlebain gives all realtors a bad name, he operates under misleading information and bad business practices. He listed a house and over sized the square footage between 520 sqft to 340 sqft depending on how you measured the sqft. When this was pointed out to him, he said it was only a SLIGHT difference and denied doing anything wrong or misleading. Remax agents. Especially Jake Hiblelin is the lowest form of life . This man who got a huge commission from me. No one else bid on the home I bought, he's beyond rude. My agent Lori Blomquist at verve realty told me they'd take away the for sale sign and put grass/ sod back in the hole. 5 months later Jake and remax refuses to do so.
