As of July 11, 2025 I am still trapped in a contract that broker will not release me from unless I agree to a monetary demand made by her when I asked to terminate the contract due to my dissatisfaction of services and my own personal health reasons (There is NO clause in the contract that provides for a MONETARY damages award to the Brokerage or its AGENTS in the event the CLIENT is dissatisfied with services and asks to terminate the contract prior to its expiration date. Mark Lambert was DISRESPECTFUL and UNPROFESSIONAL. I had to ask SIX times for him to get seller HOA fines cleared. He refused to do anything until I threatened to cancel sale then he magically got it figured out. I asked him 4 times to provide gate codes and property keys at closing. He REFUSED. I have a great new home that I can only see through the fence. He will only make your life worse 0/10

Robert and Dianna were the worst agents that we have ever used. If you like arrogance and the lack of determination, you'll like these two. They had 6 months to sell our home near Summerlin, which they failed to get an adequate offer for. Once we got beyond the contract, we hired Redfin and our house was sold in 1 day with multiple offers at a price higher than anticipated.
