February 2026 Bad experience 4 month never sold my home bad customer service. cuatro meses no pudieron vender mi casa mal servicio al cliente . Mala experiencia No Recomiendo. No Recomend.
As of July 11, 2025 I am still trapped in a contract that broker will not release me from unless I agree to a monetary demand made by her when I asked to terminate the contract due to my dissatisfaction of services and my own personal health reasons (There is NO clause in the contract that provides for a MONETARY damages award to the Brokerage or its AGENTS in the event the CLIENT is dissatisfied with services and asks to terminate the contract prior to its expiration date. Mark Lambert was DISRESPECTFUL and UNPROFESSIONAL. I had to ask SIX times for him to get seller HOA fines cleared. He refused to do anything until I threatened to cancel sale then he magically got it figured out. I asked him 4 times to provide gate codes and property keys at closing. He REFUSED. I have a great new home that I can only see through the fence. He will only make your life worse 0/10
