Pete is a joy to work with! Even not feeling well, he was determined to help us find a great 2nd home! He is very thorough in his work and honest about the properties. He was very thorough on going through the houses and diligent about helpung us in the process. He recommended a mortgage company that worked well for our needs. recommend him to anyone looking to buy a home!

I was the executor of an Estate and needed a realtor to sell a 4500+ square foot home. We had the home appraised by an independent appraiser; Pete said we could do better; listed the house for $27,400 over the appraised price and actually sold for $29,800 over the appraisal we received. Pete is wonderful to work with. He is both professional and personal. Love working with Pete! I have worked with Pete to buy several homes and he has been great with all of them. I also have helped many of Pete's clients as a mortgage lender and cannot say enough good things about working with him. If you need a Realtor to buy or sell, Pete is your guy!

Very personable and knew the real estate business. Excellent in communicating details from seller. Pete is a great realtor he’s takes time to explain the ends and outs of what the next process is after you put a contract on a home , Pete is with you every step of the way to explain in detail of what’s next to come.

Pete is a wonderful, happy and knowledgeable realtor. We decided to buy a house when everyone else in Kentucky also decided it was time for them too. Inventory has been low but Pete still found us our dream home in our budget! He makes you feel like his only priority. Thank you so much Pete!

I have known Pete for many years. He is friendly, outgoing, very knowledgeable, and will bend over backwards to assist you and make your real estate experience as pain free as possible. Pete is a straight shooter, so pay attention to what he says you need to do to make your home sell for top dollar. He will also make sure you get the most for your dollar when you buy a house. If you aren't using RealtyPete, you have the wrong realtor. We have used others in the past, and there is no comparison. Pete has helped us sell 2 homes, buy 1 home, and we are currently working with him for our return to Kentucky. Without hesitation, I would definitely recommend RealtyPete!!!

Pete goes above and beyond the call of duty as a Realtor. As first time home buyers, my wife and I didn't know much about the process of finding/buying a home. Pete walked us through every step of the process, making sure we completely understood everything, and was only a phone call away no matter what time of day! It has been months since we moved into our home, and Pete continues to keep in contact with us, and truly shows he cares about each and every one of his clients. We can not sing his praises enough!
