We recently purchased a home with Dans help. He listened to and understood what we were looking for, and the second home he showed to us was the one we fell in love with and purchased! Dan is extremely knowledgeable and was able to answer all of our questions/concerns and explain some rather complicated things during the process and at closing. Even beyond that- he was always available! I highly recommend him to anyone looking to purchase or sell!

Dan was absolutely fantastic. he was patient with us to the extreme. we had never done this before. I swear he showed us 25 properties before we found the right one for us! we even closed two days after Christmas and Dan was always available to answer my questions and ease my fears. he made this process so easy and I'd recommend him to anyone around the southern Illinois area looking for someone who loves his job and is actually very good at it.
