Negligent and unsafe property management – serious CO incident I rented a condo through Taylor Realty in Mahomet and had one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a property manager. My family was exposed to a dangerous carbon monoxide (CO) leak due to their negligence. Despite multiple complaints, they delayed action and even misled the fire department by claiming the issue was fixed—when it wasn’t. Absolutely the best rental company in the area! They were unbelievably kind and helpful anytime I needed something done. I seriously cannot recommend them enough to everyone!
Carrie Johnston at Taylor Realty helped us purchase our first home and we couldn’t have imagined working with anyone else.
