Negligent and unsafe property management – serious CO incident I rented a condo through Taylor Realty in Mahomet and had one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a property manager. My family was exposed to a dangerous carbon monoxide (CO) leak due to their negligence. Despite multiple complaints, they delayed action and even misled the fire department by claiming the issue was fixed—when it wasn’t.
