I was fortunate to work with Tonya Lucas and I couldn't have asked for a better agent to sell my mobile home. Tonya was quick to respond to any questions. She was knowledgeable and offered excellent advice on listing price. She knew my goal was to sell my home quickly but also encouraged me to be patient which paid off! Selling my mobile home was a relatively small commission but I was never made to feel like a small client. Every time I spoke with Tonya I felt like her number one priority!
John and his team went out of his way to make sure the sales of two homes were completed with no issues. He provided updates for all phases of the sales and it was a pleasure working with him. My wife and I were completely satisfied and would use John Esser REMAX again anytime

Agent never showed up or showed my house once. My home was priced right and immaculate and I did more than 30 showings in five (5) days. I was buying a home he had listed so I "handed" him my home to sell. My realtor Jill Kyle is based here. She is a wonderful person, but professionally I was very disappointed. I have been very patient through out the process. I had to deal with INCORRECT PROPERTY INFORMATION due to which my mortgage got delayed, then comes a deal breaker - 2 MONTH DELAY IN MOVE-IN BEFORE CLOSING, which i was told about it about 3 days before closing.
