In my opinion, Rhonda Simonson is an unethical agent. She allowed her client access to a property prior to closing without the owners expressed permission. In addition, she allowed her client to breach an agreement between the buyer and seller which resulted in a complication with the closing.
As a Home Inspector, I have come to know over 400 Realtors in SE Wisconsin. I have found Rhonda Simonson to be a real pleasure to work with. She is professional, very knowledgeable, and works really hard for her clients. She takes an interest in the inspections so that she can better represent her clients' interests in the purchase. I would happily recommend her to my friends.
