This location and John Rurkowski will lie and cheat you out of whatever they can sell to you. DO NOT TRUST THEM AT ALL. I LOST 7OK BECAUSE OF THIS FIRM AND GOT HEALTH PROBLEMS FROM MOLD WHICH THEY KNEW ABOUT BEFORE THEY SOLD ME THE PROPERTY. TRUST ME, DONT TRUST THEM AT ALL....
Terrible experience. Matt Moskalczyk was very unpleasant on the phone and was not helpful at all. I do not recommend wasting the time to contact.
Phyllis Day Is the worst Real estate agent . She needs to be investigated By the Board of realtors. Unethical practices . Please stay clear of her.
I cannot speak for the rest of the staff there but Nick Demitrakis is a terrible representative of this Remax. He speaks to others with disrespect and has the mentality if being better then anyone he's speaking with. I recommend not using him as your agent if going with this branch.
