After referring a seller to Christian for $750,000 on a referral basis, Chris decided to keep the entire commission on both sides without paying me as contractually agreed upon. On top of that, that seller gave him a $1,000,000 referral. Sometimes, you just need to do the right thing. Apparently, this time was not one of them. If you are an agent looking to refer a deal to, stay away from this firm. You will never see your commission.
Greg did such an amazing job! We were first time home owners & he showed us listing upon listing until we found the right home for us.
