I am leaving a one star review based on my service from Thula. Thula was the relator of the house my husband and I bought which we found on our own but Thula ended up closing the deal for the seller and us the buyer. First when we went to see the house she pointed out that there was no mulching done but would be completed before closing (this did not happen and the grass was not cut before we moved in). Mrs. Thula Thomas went above and beyond for us and we couldn’t be more pleased. She is an outstanding and caring person. She was eager to help us and always responded to any text or calls immediately. I highly recommend using her services. She listed and sold our house 22 hours later.
